I still remember exactly how I sent my first parcel to Switzerland. The customs documents made me sweat a lot, because somehow nobody really knew which forms to fill in and how to attach them. The phone was ringing off the hook, the queues were playing their songs in my ears for minutes on end and everyone was referring me to the next office - until, after countless conversations with the post office, the embassy and the Swiss customs authority, I was finally prepared and the parcel could go on its journey.

Our lesson learnt? Nothing is impossible - and there are ball friends all over the world! So if you are also "based" in a distant foreign country and have become aware of our shop in whatever way, don't hesitate to simply enquire whether we can also ship to you!

There are only two things you should perhaps consider in advance: Firstly, you will of course incur higher freight costs (due to customs duties/expenses/distance). Secondly, you should allow sufficient time - the parcel services have a lot to do, especially before Christmas, and deliveries abroad usually take a little longer anyway. However, even a delayed parcel will not have travelled a long way in vain. After all, Christmas comes round every year ...
