There's no doubt about it: Christmas comes round every year. Nevertheless, it is quite difficult when you realise shortly before the holidays that the planned gift would have been a great idea in principle, but is unfortunately no longer available. Really good, suitable ideas are particularly painful when they can suddenly no longer be realised. When the yellow banner simply suggests that you select the notification function so that you are informed as soon as the item is available again. But when is that supposed to be - soon or in a year's time? That depends ...
We usually present our new range in September, when it is (as good as) complete and the shelves are restocked. As the Christmas tree decorations we offer are lovingly and painstakingly handmade in small and large factories, a certain lead time is always necessary. Most of the small and large treasures are therefore blown into their respective moulds in spring, or summer at the latest, so that they can hang on the Christmas tree in time for Christmas.
So if you want to be on the safe side, browse through our virtual rooms at the beginning of the season, in September and October. If a certain item is still missing here, it is worth taking another look a little later, because unfortunately something always spills over - due to unfavourable but understandable circumstances such as Corona, a burst water pipe or similar.
If an item is sold out early in the current season, we naturally check with our manufacturers and are often lucky. Every now and then, we are able to reorder one or two figurines at short notice or even add to the range. It is only just before Christmas, in December, that we run out of stock and it is extremely unlikely that supplies will arrive.
Our tip for you: If a particular item is sold out, use the notification function of our online shop and receive a non-binding information e-mail as soon as the coveted item is available again. This may only take a week, three weeks or even a whole year. It depends. Feel free to enquire personally - by phone or email. We will then have specific information for you as to whether it will still be possible to reorder this season or whether it is realistic to wait until next year.
