Christmas bauble:  Autumn treasures

A rustic rope with a coarse knot from which favourite fruits hang: Who doesn't know them, who hasn't collected them - in autumn, when colourful leaves fall and nature really gets going, colours, produces and sheds? We are talking about acorns, of course. Alongside chestnuts and beechnuts, they are the autumn treasures par excellence in our streets, parks and forests.

And we like to use the food that is so dear to the deer for decoration. On lanterns, moss wreaths or in fir greenery. The matt brown colour of the three small fruits, which are joined together to form a trio and dangle from their golden crowns, is wonderfully nutty. Particularly pretty: each acorn has a gently curved "cap" with a typical puckery surface, which in turn has been skilfully dusted with light brown glitter.
