It's as much a part of the Christmas market as mulled wine or bratwurst: the children's carousel. Preferably in a historical design, round, with little horses and lots of colourful lights. Just like this downright nostalgic Christmas tree figure: the round tent roof, divided into six sections, is coloured green, red and gold, with a matt shimmer and shiny, glittering gold contrasting lines.
The base plate gleams in gold, a matt white forms the body, on which sleighs, horses and riders are skilfully curved in delicate brown; almost as if in a frenzy of speed. Particularly pretty: the golden glittering fairy lights dangling from the roof and decorated with red, green or gold-coloured drops.
