In Scandinavia, it has been part of Christmas celebrations for years: the popular Christmas ham; a delicacy that is now not only fresh and juicy, but also a glass objet d'art in the Christmas tree that will delight the hearts of many.
Incidentally, this one is highly Italian: "Prosciutto di Parma" (Parma ham) is the curved lettering that adorns the knitted banderole of the delicacy in front of the Italian national colours on a round label. And, of course, it shimmers brown-red with a cut, delicious edge.
