Among the most curious Christmas tree figurines, this portrait by the famous Spanish painter is probably the absolute king. The narrow, elongated face, which ends before the ears and merges into a flat vertical line like a cameo brooch, is too bizarre.
The back shines in black and draws all attention to the front: the shimmering skin-colored face with the strikingly curved, thin moustache that makes it so characteristic and unmistakable. Shiny black eyebrows frame the deep brown eyes, which appear to be set with dark kohl, turning the face into an artificial figure.
