There are many ways to present or design a donut. With icing or without, with colorful decorations, luscious chocolate bars on top, cookies and much, much more. This donut for the Christmas tree is a real classic (the yellow characters from the American comic series would probably be blown away):
Its icing-like coating glistens pink. Brown, gold, light blue and red elongated lines glitter on it like sugar sprinkles. A shiny silver center also makes the filling look like the characteristic hole that makes the donut a donut.
A little tip: In order to have as much decoration and cliché as possible, the donut back, i.e. the plain, light brown pastry, has been omitted from this figure. Instead, the pastry is presented with two decorated, colorful fronts.
