Filigree floral art in pastel colours: this hand-blown egg conjures up sophisticated spring patterns on the Easter bush. Like a perfect hen's egg, it has been primed with a matt white varnish, onto which all the elaborate ornaments have been painted with careful brushstrokes, also matt to dull.
A wide, light green stripe with yellow decorative elements divides the overall work of art into a front and a back. A striking pink and blue flower marks the centre of each, around which two different flowers are draped: one yellow with a blue flower centre, the other blue with a pink centre. The sea of flowers is connected by numerous, naturally curved, green leafy tendrils, between which the white background shines through in rich contrast.
