For nature lovers: the kestrel is the falcon of Central Europe. This alert bird of prey, which is famous for its characteristic shaking flight when hunting, can often be seen not only in meadows and fields, but also near towns and cities. As a glass figure for the Christmas tree, it keeps an equally watchful eye out. But don't worry - once hung up, it stays faithfully in place so that you can admire it from all sides:
The connoisseur will notice the brownish colouring of the plumage when looking at the female, as the head has also been dyed brown, at least on top and on the back. Dark brown spots adorn the back and wings, yellow-orange claws clasp a brown branch. The filigree beak, the carefully painted eyes and a delicate touch of glitter, with which the beautiful bird has been dusted, add a touch of elegance.
