True to many critics, this horseshoe would probably not work very well as a lucky charm on the house wall, as it is actually hung in the centre above the striking toe cap attached to the golden crown and luck could trickle out ... As a Christmas tree ornament, however, it will probably delight many a horse fan.
Why? Because the motif itself is a single symbol. For a love of animals, nature and a freedom that is simply unrivalled. But the realisation of the striking wrought iron also speaks for itself. Wonderfully rustic in a slightly reddish brown colour, which has been given a used-look finish with golden brushstrokes and a matt shimmer, the horseshoe attracts admiring glances. Four nail holes, or even five on one side, can be seen not only on both sides of the leg, but also on the front and back and are lovingly sunk into a dark brown groove with golden glitter. The outer edge of the festive figurine is also glittered in gold.
