Insalata Caprese, tomato mozzarella or even "Tom-Mozz" for short: There are many names for this popular Italian dish, which consists of tomatoes, buffalo mozzarella and a few fresh basil leaves and combines the Italian national colours in such a wonderfully delicious way.
From now on, Italian fans and gourmets alike can not only serve their favourite Christmas dish on the table, but also hang it in a particularly artistic form on the tree. Four harvest-red tomato slices alternate with just as many mozzarella slices on a white, shiny, rectangular dish, the rim and base of which are decorated with white glitter dust. Green glitter emphasises the contours of the basil leaf veins and creates a real wow effect.
