Three macarons, the popular French meringue biscuits in the shape of a biscuit circle, are piled up here to form a festive sweet treat. First green, then yellow, then red, they shimmer matt on the upper and lower halves. The filling cream has also been colour-coordinated to match. Festively glittered, it also gives the almond biscuits a slightly glamorous touch.
