Noble collector's item: This nativity set for the Christmas tree not only deserves a place of honour in the Christmas tree. The storage box, a lovingly printed wooden box with black velvet foam padding, will keep the hand-blown and skilfully hand-painted glass pendants safe and stylish throughout the year.
A total of five figures form the traditional ensemble to celebrate the birth of Jesus: First and foremost, of course, Mary - in a traditional red dress with a light blue cloak and white cloth over her brown hair, kneeling in front of the lavishly straw-padded manger in which the baby Jesus, wrapped in white nappies, is sleeping. Joseph, standing with a brown shepherd's crook, shiny dark green robe and brown cloak, with dark hair, full beard and black sandals on his bare feet, keeps a low profile. The three wise men from the Orient are all the more shiny and sparkling: colourfully painted and lavishly decorated, some with small rhinestones, they have set off to present their three famous gifts of gold, frankincense and myrrh in precious golden vessels.
