His eternal youth made him famous all over the world. The fact that he can fly still makes us dream today. James Matthew Barrie's children's book character Peter Pan, who has to fight the pirate Captain Hook again and again in his numerous adventures, has enchanted both young and old book and film fans for decades. In this artistic collector's edition, he and three other figures can now be admired as glass ornaments for the Christmas tree.
In a flying pose, his right arm stretched forwards eagerly, Peter floats along on a golden cord in green, Robin Hood-like costume, complete with pointed hat and brown boots. Captain Cook, naturally standing with his legs apart, wearing dark, striped trousers, an open red uniform skirt, a tricorn hat on his head, long black hair and a striking eye patch on his face, lives up to his name as a pirate. However, the other two are also particularly impressive: the large, shiny green crocodile and the black pirate ship with its many lovingly crafted details.
Very practical: as befits real treasures, these four figurines come in an artistically printed wooden collector's box, whose interior with black velvet foam provides a safe place to store the glass pendants beyond the Christmas season.
