The colourful, adventurous story about the little wooden puppet Pinocchio, who comes to life and is repeatedly exposed to numerous temptations, adversities and dangers, has enchanted both young and old for decades. They are now all united in this five-part collector's edition with its artistic and detailed design: first and foremost the long-nosed main character, whose wood-coloured painted legs have even been attached to the glass body with real metal hinges so that they can dangle merrily in front of him.
But Geppetto, the cunning fox and tomcat figures and the all-devouring, whale-like giant fish also attract everyone's attention with their bright colours, delicately designed costumes and loving accessories: while the fox leans on a brown painted crutch, the fish presents a boat, a car and a present in its wide-open mouth. There are also plenty of the latter printed on the side walls of the elegant wooden box, the lid of which is also decorated with a motif from Carlo Collodi's story and in which the figures can be stored safely and stylishly after their Christmas use.
