It is a well-known fact that, according to legend, Santa Claus brings presents. But the fact that he apparently makes or paints them - or at least the most beautiful of them - in person and almost passionately, is what this artistically created glass figurine for the Christmas tree is all about.
Santa leans back in a frosted red Santa Claus outfit, enthroned in a sumptuously decorated armchair, surrounded by numerous gifts, among which the colorful pots of paint are just frolicking. Pink, pale yellow and light blue, their colors shine out of them in splotches and with dipped brushes, while the teddy bear, letter cube and toy car are still waiting to be given the finishing touches. Current project: a sailing boat with delicately drawn white and red sails, which the passionate artist is holding in his left hand. His right hand is holding the brush. Particularly elegant: in addition to the white speckled beard on the beautifully painted face, this Santa Claus stands out with a sandy light brown and golden glittered fur trim on the bobble and brim, which has been elegantly decorated with ermine-tail-like black strokes.
