The journey and arrival of Santa Claus has been sung about in many songs. Each time full of hope and joy, each time a little bit different ... At first glance, this Santa looks very classic: with a shiny suit, red trousers, a matching coat with a gold and black belt and a lush, white glittered fur brim, black, rough boots, thick mittens, a white beard and the obligatory Santa hat on his head. This is how he sits enthroned on his sleigh: a bulging, glittering sack of presents in the back, from which the topmost gifts peek out, artfully decorated.
However, a second glance reveals the special feature: this Santa Claus works alone. A fleet of reindeer, a Rudolph? He doesn't need one. The vehicle, decorated with ornate struts, is a small, classic toboggan, whose pull cord is held by our Santa himself - in the form of a golden, glued-on gift ribbon. Extremely ingenious.
