Whether as a star sign or simply out of pure admiration: the scorpion for the Christmas tree really is a very special figure all round. Lovingly crafted down to the smallest detail, it has a shiny light brown colour with dark brown grain brushstrokes: The famous tail with the spike at the end is raised aggressively above the highly articulated body, the many legs are carefully lined up next to each other like a picture book and the striking claws are brought together in front of the head.
The production-related, airy spaces between the limbs were kept very discreet in a matt silver-white colour, while the scorpion itself was lavishly and festively dusted with brown glitter both from above and below.
