It is a rare, predatory animal that is almost exclusively native to Tasmania. Nevertheless, the marsupial devil, also known as the Tasmanian devil, is familiar even to us in Europe. Is it because it belongs to the unusual and impressive species of marsupials? Or because it makes us dream of the other side of the world? Perhaps both ...
In any case, down-under fans can now hang the little furry creature on their Christmas tree as an artistically painted glass ornament. The cheerful little fellow presents his typical, natural side. His dark brown fur shimmers with the classic white colouring on his neck and buttocks and dark grey glitter dust on his back. It crouches almost belligerently on a lying log, adorned with a few glittering green leaves. Its tail is pointed backwards, its light-coloured snout with pointed white teeth is open as if in a typical screech and its ears are slightly reddened. It lives up to its name as a devil.
