It is clearly a harbinger of spring. And yet the tulip cuts a fine figure as an ornament on the Christmas tree: because this artistic figurine focuses solely on the well-formed blossom. The calyx is enthroned like a gemstone on the golden clip with which it can be attached to the fir branch.
Only a greenish, glued-on fabric flower leaf, the edge of which is decorated with small, transparent beads like dew, adorns the base. The rest of the ornament is effective solely due to its shape and the simplicity of the classic color: the noble plant shines in Christmas red, which blends in wonderfully with the rest of the Christmas tree decorations.
