DIY wooden card:  Anchor

More than just words, more than just a card: anyone who opens this envelope will be wide-eyed. Because it's not just a pink-coloured A6 double card made of paper with the blue silhouette of an anchor that conveys the kind greetings of a good friendship. A thin wooden card made of 1 mm thick birch plywood with instructions in German, English and French also flutters out of it.

The exciting task for the recipient: carefully cut out all the laser-cut pieces, using a cutter knife if necessary, and skilfully assemble them into a three-dimensional DeKo object according to the instructions. Now quickly get a piece of twine to hand, connect the small parts with it and - the maritime mobile is finished, providing plenty of nautical flair at the workplace, on the kitchen lamp or on the window sash. The anchor connects three levels in an extremely light and artistic way: the main part is - how could it be otherwise - a traditional cross-shaped anchor with a pretty flower in the centre. On its arms, four terns with outstretched wings glide sleekly through the air. At the bottom, as the crowning glory, a funny octopus attracts amused glances.
