That's why we attach great importance to

• A clearly defined origin of the items
  The products we offer all come from selected manufacturers in Germany and Europe. In this way, the transport routes and working conditions remain manageable.
• Responsible shipping: cardboard instead of plastic
  There's no doubt about it: delicate glass figurines need to be packaged securely so that they survive a journey by post intact. To minimise the ecological footprint, we use cardboard instead of plastic products for everything from the tissue paper, boxes and cartons to the adhesive tape.
• More conscious shopping thanks to minimum order value
  (Not) a little something? We love our mini figures as much as you do. Nevertheless, we ask for your understanding that we have now introduced a minimum order value in the interests of sustainability. A single pack of quick hangers, a single card or a mini kitten may be just the one item you need. However, there is a clear imbalance between packaging and resource consumption for small quantities, which we would like to avoid.
• Transparency in dealing with returns
  Would you like to return one or more items? No problem, but you will have to pay the postage for returns. Why? As simple as it may seem - packing, labelling, sending back - unfortunately, returns are actually quite complicated. Not only does the additional shipping cost money, time and effort - it also has a negative impact on the environment. However, protecting the environment as much as possible should always be our top priority. For this reason, we have deliberately decided not to include the return costs in our product prices (as is now common practice almost everywhere in online retail), but to communicate them openly to you. In order to keep pure "Oh, let's see" purchases as low as possible. Sounds expensive at first? But it's not. On the contrary: in this way, we can offer you all items at even lower prices, as there is no need to include a return postage fee.

• Precise product photos taken with colour matching and from different perspectives conjure up realistic images of our items on your screen. So you can study front, side and rear views at your leisure.
• Precise measurements allow you to correctly estimate the proportions.
